Backgrounds will be transparent on default or very simple colour wash (upon request). If you want to have a background drawn an extra fee will be added.I have the right to decline commissions that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
*Nsfw commissions have special terms (Both character and commissioner must be 18+. I will not draw hardcore gore)
By commissioning me, you agree with the following Terms of Services, and understand that any commission request that violates the terms will be cancelled immediately.Commissions are personal/ private use by the commissioner, and may not be used for profit, distribution, commercialization, or monetization of any kind.
I hold the rights to the artwork, the commissioner holds the rights to the content and/or the characters drawn.
PAYMENT / REFUNDS[ Paypal, GBP(£) only ]All payments are to be upfront in full.You will receive an invoice upon confirmation of your order. You will have a week to make the payment or you will lose your slot.Full refunds are not allowed once I start working on the commission. If you cancel your order before I start it, you can get a full refund. If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I see fit. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
PROCESS AND DELIVERYYou get 3 rounds of changes during the sketch and colour phase, for adjusting any necessary corrections. A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.Up to 2 weeks deadline.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution PNG file for your personal use.
Finished image sizes could vary, but will usually be a minimum of 2000px, 350dpi. If you require a certain size/ratio, please let me know. There is no physical product.If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it.
COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork (unless agreed otherwise), therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to post and display it wherever I want (website, social media, etc.)The buyer is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise (eg. upload it on social media profiles, etc.)- Use the artwork to promote themselves, as long as appropriate credit is given when you post it.- Use the artwork on their channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.DO NOT alter my work in any way and DO NOT claim my art as your own or use it for commercial, advertising, or personal gain (making money off it in any way).You’re free to repost the work you’ve purchased wherever you’d like, as long as you credit me properly.
